Leaf leather
From leaf to leaf leather. As soon as the TEAK tree sheds its leaves, we collect them promptly and bring them into production. The large leaves are then first soaked in a large water basin, and the coloring process starts in parallel. Natural mineral dyes are dissolved in the water basin, which are absorbed by the leaves. Finally, the colored leaves are skimmed off and pressed together with pulp under pressure.

At its core, each LEAF is made of teak leaves. As an inexpensive building material, these have been prized in Asia for centuries. The combination of traditional art and today's technology allows the use as a vegan leather alternative.

Our cactus leather is made from the prickly pear cactus. For maximum stability, it is applied to an undersurface of organic cotton. In comparison to animal leather, no toxic chemicals are used in production and high amounts of water are saved. Optimal that the cactus is additionally a renewable resource.
cactusleather: simply green
Durable
The partially biodegradable cactus leather meets the technical requirements of a leather product. Due to the individual steps in the production and the properties of the cactus, the products have a shelf life of at least 10 years.
Low-resource
Compared to the use of animal leather, the processing of cactus leather saves water, protects the environment and reduces the waste produced by the fashion industry. So your cactus products are not only visually eye-catching, but also sustainable and low in resources.
